London June 2017 Day 5 – Westminster and the area around Liverpool Street Station

We went to Westminster on this first day after the general election to see what was going on there.

As always, there were people demonstrating. Not all of the demonstrations had to do with the election result, but this one had:

As it was the right time we decided to do a real tourist thing and watch the Horse Guards again.

Afterwards we returned to our flat in Walthamstow for a little rest. In the afternoon we took an overground train to Liverpool Station to explore the surrounding area.
