London 2014 Day 10 Part 1 – Moor Park and Regent’s Park

We started the day with the Wednesday coffee morning at Belmont Hall. After returning to Harrow-on-the-Hill station we decided not to travel directly back into London, but to the other direction. Moor Park is the last station of zone 6 on the Metropolitan Line when you travel to Watford, Chesham or Amersham, so we got off there.

Moor Park is a very posh area with big houses in large gardens. What struck me first was how quiet the area was, even though it was in the middle of a working day. It was not at all like the London I loved, but more like a village. The quietness was what made me want to leave the place soon and return to London. The best thing about Moor Park in my opinion is the tube station which makes it possible to go where the life is :)

We returned to the lively parts of London – in this case Regent’s Park where we spent some time.
